Products and orders
Review the selected colour, size, quantity and set contents before checkout. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Some studio imagery is AI-assisted; product descriptions and selected variants identify what is included. Prices, availability and delivery charges are shown when you order. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it; you will not be required to accept a changed price.
Delivery and returns
Same-day delivery in Delhi is subject to confirmed availability. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery and are resolved with store credit under our returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Cancellations and assistance
To request cancellation or an address change, contact us promptly before dispatch. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated. For questions or complaints, use our contact form with your order number and relevant details.
